Le’Genevieve Squires

Le’Genevieve “Vie” is a bonafide foodie with business sense and a contagious smile. She’s a native Detroiter committed to spreading love through mouthwatering meals, intimate interactions, youth mentoring, and top notch customer service. In culinary school, Vie found comfort in learning the intricacies of food, and sustainable foodways. The joy she feels in the kitchen transcends in her dishes, and sharing brings her great pride.

She served in positions of food leadership at Heinen’s Grocery Stores and is the co-owner of Experience Relish.  You can find her simultaneously reading multiple books, planning a road trip, dancing to Beyonce, and making those around her laugh. Her infectious positive attitude, and insistence on sharing her many snacks, creates community amongst strangers, her peers and the youth she serves.

Undergraduate studies in Food and Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing were acquired at Western Michigan University and she studied Culinary Arts at the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago. She spends time volunteering with Detroit Phoenix Center and PeaceTree Parks.
